Many experts say doing this leads to better productivity and going for a short walk can help circulation.

There are many ingredients that can help a person relax versus the carbohydrates and sugars in most beer and cocktail drinks. If money is an ongoing stressor, it helps to know that tea usually costs less than alcoholic beverages per serving.
